Do my guests need to download an app?
No. “My hotel” works inside HiDrago, in the phone's browser. They can add it to their home screen if they like.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the size of the property and what you need. Write to us and we'll prepare a proposal.
What if the concierge doesn't know something?
It says so clearly and, if it's a request for the hotel, passes it to reception so a person can handle it.
Do I need to integrate it with my booking system?
Not to get started: stays are created or imported from the dashboard. If you'd like an integration, we'll look at it together.
Who sees the conversations?
Your team sees the messages guests send to reception. What guests ask Drago isn't shared with the hotel; statistics only show aggregated topics.
Does it work for apartments and rural houses?
